- METALPRO   MODEL   4000 - The heart of your fabrication shop ! Versatile 3/4 HP hydraulic ironworker punches and shears. Works in virtually any shop on a dedicated 120 Volt circuit with a 20 Amp breaker. A valuable part of any industrial, home or farm fabrication shop, this ironworker will increase productivity and profitability with quick, accurate fabrication capabilities. Large 16" L x 11" W power cavity handles 20 tons centered; 40 tons at the punch. Has 3 3/4" throat depth. Punches at 6 strokes per minute. Punch capacity is 1" diameter in 3/8" steel. Punch ram and retaining nut are heat treated and ground for long life. The 3-in-1 shear handles flat bar measuring 3/8" x 4" to 1/4" x 6", round to 3/4" and square to 5/8" thick. Also does shearing on angle iron to 1/4" x 3" x 3" all in one quick setup. All wear parts and blades are made from high grade tool steel, heat treated and ground. Punches 1 1/4" diameter in 3/8" steel. Shears flat bar 1/4" x 8" to 3/4" x 8" round rod, 5/8" square rod and 1/4" x 4" x 4" angle. Faster speed than our model 4000. - METAL   BRAKE - This 8" brake can be bolted into the power cavity in less than one minute. It will bend shapes up to 1/4" thick with 20 tons of pressing power. $529

- NOTCHER - This heavy duty notcher can be used to make 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 2" notches. The attachment can be readily transfered to the punch station. $529

- PIPE   NOTCHER - Notches pipe for perfect fit everytime. Housing and accessories available for 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", and 2" schedule 40 pipe. Popular for mounting on pickup trucks. Used for chain link fence business. $349
